One of the major players in mainstream entertainment in Gatlinburg, TN are the people at Ripley’s. The same people who brought you the Ripley’s Believe It Or Not television show also have attractions all over the nation, including Gatlinburg. Dip under the sea with a trip to Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies to see a tropical rainforest, the ocean realm, Coral Reef with hundreds of the world’s most colorful fish, and Shark Lagoon—the largest exhibit which allows you to walk through a 340-foot path featuring 12 fr. sharks.

There really aren’t better aquariums than one can find in San Diego, California or Orlando, Florida. There are many great places to stay in San Diego – but if you are traveling to Orlando than there are few places better to stay than in one of the many Orlando holiday villas that dot the area. Looking for a little history in your family fun? Stop by Ripley’s Davy Crockett Mini Golf for a themed course bringing you back to the days of Tennessee hero Davy Crockett. They’re open year round and the course features unique holes and interactive displays. This is a great way to get out of your Gatlinburg cabin rental and enjoy some like entertainment. Add a wrong turn in your trip or maybe two. Stop by Ripley’s Marvelous Mirror Maze to wind through a maze of over 100 mirrors. Just do your best to not get lost.
